Encompassing a kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting and dining areas, and enjoying spectacular views of the sea, it opens through sliding doors to a bar, al fresco dining and covered sitting area. Three of the five attractively furnished bedrooms are also on this floor, the remaining two sharing the lower ground floor and reached via an internal spiral staircase. All have air-conditioning, king size bed, en suite shower room and a balcony.

Making the most of local vistas and climate, the villa’s outdoor facilities include a free-form swimming pool, a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea from its timber sun deck, and a covered veranda with a hammock and pool table. With cook service available to enhance the laid-back lifestyle, Coconut Grove is one of the two dozen privately owned villas which share the sport and leisure facilities of Leverick Bay. CV Villas features two others, Ta Pocketa and Christa Villa. Spanish Town is a twenty minute drive away.
