Villa Sant' Antonio surpassed our expectations. It was the "Italian Villa" that we knew from literature and film, but fit for royalty. From the incredible farmhouse kitchen, to the bathrooms (some the size of a spacious bedroom!) to the exquisite grounds and accommodating staff, every detail was perfect. "The Villa People" were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our tedious questions with patience and expertise. It was indeed reassuring to know that even the smallest details had been attended to in advance... i.e. our first evening meal was chosen before our departure...something important when a large family are arriving from various parts of the world. Sant' Antonio has spoiled us. A 5 star hotel will no longer seem special! ! !
I fully enjoyed my stay at the villa in Orvieto. It was without doubt one of the most wonderful places on the planet. The house was incredible, with tasteful decor and five star kitchen, although the best part of the house was the grounds and the vista. I would recommend a villa holiday to anyone and will definitely return again and again! (...and they did!) Thanks for the vacation of a lifetime!
The villa you matched us to was perfectly suited to the breathtaking beauty of Tuscany. The cooking group of"Tavola Mia" thoroughly enjoyed the villa's spacious interiors, manicured gardens, and the rustic charm of the property. The vine covered pergola is a heavenly place to enjoy a meal with friends over a glass of locally made Chianti. Definitely an experience we will repeat! (...and they did!)
The Palazzo was beautiful. ..the accommodations, the grounds, the beach-really special. If you ever book anyone else there, it would be my pleasure to speak with them. I am passing your brochures on to some interested parties and hope they too will book.
Our stay in Positano in May was exquisite. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views of the village, the mountains and the ocean from the windows, the balcony and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The information provided by"The Villa People" in their elaborate brochures as well as by phone, fax and e-mail was very helpful. And the staff on site were courteous and welcoming. All in all it made our holiday perfect.
Just a short note to let you know how wonderful the Greek villa was. All of us were totally impressed. It certainly was beyond our expectations. Thank you again for all your help. We have more villas we would like to visit in the area and other countries.
It was simply wonderful. The place was a delight to all the senses and a joy to the spirit. Our housekeeper, was a gem and a fantastic cook to boot. All the facilities and furnishings were excellent. The view was beyond spectacular. All in all, the judges give it a 9.9.
When the sheep wound their way slowly up the field beside "Le Vignaie", their campanile ringing, the scent of lavender permeating the evening air and the gentle hills surrounding us falling into the purple, gold sky, we knew we had come home. The elegant simplicity of the main house was a real joy to us and the accompanying guest house was wonderful for the teenagers. The cook, housekeeper and caretaker, -Daniela, Maria, and Eugenio-were Italian angels who took seriously good care of us. Our booking agent was assiduous in ensuring that every detail was taken care of, from our hotel accommodations in Rome(The Hotel Eden, best, best, best hotel!) to the car rental, to food hamper awaiting us in Umbria. It was a profoundly special family vacation Thank you!
