Once a priest's house, Loutses House is situated just outside the pretty and unspoilt village of the same name and is surrounded by extensive terraces and mature gardens that have been lovingly nurtured over 30 years. The terrace off the master bedroom is covered with a vine to provide shade and has its own garden with a lemon tree, rosemary and plumbago. The main terrace by the pool is shaded by almond trees, an apricot and several large hibiscus and there is sufficient space to sit and enjoy the outstanding panoramic views over the Corfu channel and sunbathe in privacy.
Set in approximately a hectare of hillside with olive trees and pomegranates, in spring, the flowers include irises, cyclamen and narcissus that further enhance this delightful house. Highly recommended, Loutses is a truly a 'get away from it all' house and an ideal country retreat.
