Perched on the ridge at North Hill, this is a welcoming family villa, with a home-from-home atmosphere and more than a touch of luxury. Built around an inner courtyard, the house is terraced into the slope, its balconies, verandas and timber decks enjoying simply splendid views of sunsets over Sandy Ground village and bay. Perhaps the best perspective is from the gorgeous infinity pool, which seems to spill from the terrace into the sea below, where turquoise waters are hemmed with a ribbon of white sand and sprinkled with yachts and small sailing craft.
 

Within the villa, bamboo floors, timber ceilings and driftwood décor frame a relaxing living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Two ‘master suite wings’ occupy the first floor, each with a private balcony, Jacuzzi and outside shower. And at lower ground level, a fitness room enjoys the bay views and sea breezes, and a self-contained studio doubles as an entertainment room. Ideal for two couples or families with older children, Spyglass Hill is a ten minute drive from a choice of beaches and from The Valley.
