ABOUT THE VILLA

Making the most of the Mediterranean climate, this lovely little trulli house is thoughtfully designed and equipped for indoor/outdoor living. A generously sized swimming pool is the focal point of the grounds, its poolside terrace punctuated with colourful flower beds and young palms, and backed by the clustered fruit trees of the villa’s private orchard. A canopied dining terrace, barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven make al fresco lunches a delight, and there is table tennis and a utility / shower room in the garden too. 

The layout of the house itself is ideal for two families. In the characterful trulli section, there are two bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette opening out to a patio; and interconnecting doors link the old with the new, with two further bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room in the modern area. Enjoying a sense of privacy in its gated gardens, the house is actually just 1.5km from Cisternino centre, reached on foot along the narrow country lanes. A 10km drive leads to a choice of beaches, and Martina Franca, Ostuni and Alberobello are all within 20km.

Note: head room is low in places in the trullo.


Doorway in double bedroom leads through to modern part with: Small twin bedroom • Shower room • Open plan sitting room with fireplace and kitchen area with 4 ring gas hob, oven and large fridge freezer, dishwasher • Double bedroom with bathroom en suite.


In separate building in garden: Utility room with washing machine, dryer, small kitchen and shower.

Private Swimming Pool

14 x 6m, 1.1 - 2.25m deep with ladder steps. Pool Towels. The pool is open from end April to end October . Outside these dates, the pool can be opened on request for an extra charge. The pool has solar heating.

A complimentary food hamper is offered by the owner as a welcome gesture to his guests. For a list of possible ingredients, please ask for the Food Hamper information sheet.

Cook Service

On Request & Payable Locally. 



Linen and Towels

Provided once per week on Saturday. Extra changes are available on request for an additional charge.

2 hours 2 days per week.
