One, eight metres long and with an infinity edge, will prove irresistible for adults, while the other is a sizeable six-metre pool for youngsters, its depth an even one metre from end to end. A built-in barbecue complements an al fresco dining area, and gorgeous coastal views are enjoyed from the villa’s first floor balconies.
Within the house, three en suite bedrooms open on to these balconies, sharing the upper level with a TV room/snug. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, where an open-plan social space links sitting and dining areas with a well-equipped kitchen, and there are doors directly on to the terrace. Cook service could be an added indulgence, and Villa Leyla is about a fifteen minute walk from Kalkan’s shops and restaurants. For discovery slightly further afield, the house is 3km from a pebble beach, 15km from the sands at Patara, and 20km from the ancient site of Xanthos.
