There could hardly be a more beautiful setting than that of this exclusive estate set on 2,000 hectares in Southern Corsica. Cloaked in dense green maquis, the mountains roll down to meet the sea and form a series of ten exquisite coves that complement a long beach of pure white sand, lapped by translucent turquoise water. Surrounded by a nature reserve, the tranquility is absolute, making the estate a fabulous retreat. There are thirteen properties, built of stone and scarcely distinguishable from the rocky outcrops of the mountainside; some date from the 16th century and have been carefully restored
A wonderful sandy beach, private to the Estate, stretches along the calm turquoise, azure waters of the bay, for a few kilometres, so finding a secret spot is assured. Scenic mountain ranges cradle the Eden Estate hiding you away from the outside world, with the Lion de la Roccapina presiding over you. An abundance of activities including mountain biking, non-motorised water sports and nature walks, can all be enjoyed. The location of The Eden Estate does however lend itself to exploring the beautiful southern coast of the fabulous island of Corsica. There is a brand new golf course at the Estate and further beautiful beaches and the pretty cliff top town of Bonifacio are short drive away. Here you can explore the cosmopolitan harbour, the historic Citadel, and catch the ferry to Santa Teresa di Gallura in Sardinia for the day
