This little villa is within easy reach of the best of them, set in the unspoilt countryside of Coyevinas and moments away from its pebble shore. Within a ten minute stroll, there are tennis courts, water sports and beachfront tavernas in Avlaki. Twenty minutes away, Kassiopi adds shops, restaurants, bars and an up-tempo nightlife. And a very short drive brings the beautiful harbour of St Stephano into view.
Simply styled for comfort, the villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a combined living/dining room, and lends itself to outdoor living with a pretty veranda and an eight metre swimming pool. Furnished for lounging and al fresco dining, the poolside terrace is also home to a built-in barbecue.
Usually fairly undisturbed, in July there is a church-run summer school nearby and the children can be heard enjoying themselves, often until quite late in the evening
