Almost identical twin houses, these two villas share beautifully manicured grounds with olive and citrus trees, approached by automatic electric gates and a sweeping drive. A matchless choice for two families or a large group of friends, they are set at different levels (Galini below Galatia), each with its own garden area, infinity pool and outdoor terraces – maximising privacy while enjoying each other’s proximity.
With bare stone walls and creamy white furnishings, their airy interiors offer a high standard of comfort, from the open-plan sitting /dining room to the en suite bedrooms and lower ground floor games room.
The two share the tennis court and perhaps the most spectacular views on the island, over the bay to the headlands of Skorpios, Sparti and Meganissi, punctuated with passing yachts and small sailing craft.Perigiali’s quayside is a fifteen minute walk down the hill, with Passa beach a little further and livelier Nidri 2km along the coast.
