A beautifully furnished villa, detached and set back in the grounds of Merlin Bay, this is the only one of the eight houses with its own garden. Gloriously colourful, its borders hem a lawned pathway which leads from the house, past its private plunge pool, to a little gate into the communal grounds. Shared by all the houses in this peaceful little enclave, and sheltering a big and beautiful free-form pool, this, with its coral stone sun terrace, is all that comes between the villa and the sea, the little beach reached by a short flight steps.
Within the villa, the garden is recreated in floral fabrics and a delightful ‘fernery’ dining room, a huge pine table overhung with baskets brimming with ferns, hanging beneath an atrium-like glass roof. A stylish living /dining room adjoins the kitchen, and this and the ground floor bedroom each open on to the pool patio. Cook service, included here, adds to the air of relaxation.
A five minute drive from Holetown, golf and tennis are about fifteen minutes away.
