In a stunning location overlooking Prickly Bay, and positioned on the exclusive Amber Belair estate above Calabash Hotel, this luxury villa is accessible only by private road from the hotel. Designed by Vincenzo De Rosa to offer spacious and stylish living, indoors and out, the five bedroomed house is a lovely choice for families or groups of friends. The focal point in the grounds is a twelve metre infinity pool, flanked by loungers on the sunny terrace and a beautiful dining gazebo. A covered and furnished veranda runs the length of the house, gazing across the pool to the sea beyond, and within the villa a state-of-the-art kitchen and open-plan living/dining room surround a central courtyard.

The housekeeper is on hand, and can prepare breakfast each morning, cook service could be added for effortless leisure at an additional fee. Guests are welcome to enjoy the superb service and fine facilities of the legendary Calabash Hotel, which also offers complimentary afternoon tea and discounted prices on food and beverages, as well as non-motorised watersports. A ten minute downhill walk from the palm fringed beach, Hummingbird is fifteen minutes by car from St. George’s.
