Mor-Gan Villa

Môr-Gân, which is Welsh for sea song, is set within the grounds of the owner’s villa, overlooking the sea, just south of the L’Anse aux Épines peninsula. It has uninterrupted views of the bay where the sunsets are quite magnificent. A large, covered, furnished verandah with sitting and dining areas runs the full width of the house, with doors opening into the light and airy open-plan living room and well-equipped kitchen area. Either side of the living area is a twin/double bedroom. Steps lead down from the verandah to a terrace area and the saline swimming pool, set amongst colourful landscaped gardens, which slope down to the sea. Sea swimming is possible with excellent snorkelling and there is a sundeck built out over the water.
