The house itself is furnished for cool comfort in cushioned cane, its split-level sitting/dining room opening on to a covered terrace with countryside views. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the master bedroom is peacefully separate on the upper floor, with its own sitting area, TV, and private open terrace. A self-contained studio suite, with separate access, offers privacy with proximity, perhaps for guests or grandparents. In a tranquil setting, Villa Sal Rossa is about 5km from shops and restaurants, while a 10km drive in different directions leads to Santa Eulalia’s yacht marina, the Hippy Market at Las Dalias, Ibiza Town shopping, or Talamanca beaches.
