La Font, nr Pollensa

Positioned in the pretty residential area of La Font, this is a traditional villa, simply furnished, super-spacious and infused with an atmosphere of easy comfort. The very private gardens, overlooked only by the villa itself, form a five thousand square metre cushion of calm, a lovely lawn leading to the edge of the swimming pool and into the shade of an oak grove, a poolside pergola, brightly cloaked in bougainvillea, housing a stone table for al fresco snacking.
Within the house, the ground floor has an en suite double bedroom and a lovely sitting/dining room with beamed ceilings and a fireplace. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and, a few steps from the main house, two old stone buildings have been restored as guest suites, each with kitchenette, bedroom and en suite bathroom. These and the first floor bedrooms all have air conditioning, and La Font has heating for year-round comfort. The villa is within easy reach of Cala San Vicente beach and Pollensa’s shops, restaurants, sports and nightlife.
