ABOUT THE VILLA
Villa Esperanza is peacefully positioned at the edge of Buger, the smallest municipality on the island and one of the most attractive. A typically traditional property, its generous gardens are sprinkled with trees, while the swimming pool sits in a sun trap terrace right beside the house. Interior décor is a harmony of island style and contemporary comfort. On the ground floor, a bright and airy en suite double bedroom has direct access to the poolside terrace whilst a twin bedroom open onto its own terrace. On the first floor a beautiful double bedroom is served by its own bathroom and a mezzanine is occupied by an attractive study/TV room.
Comfortably accommodating six, but a popular retreat for two or four, each of the three bedrooms has crisp white furnishings, beamed ceilings and tranquil views. Just 500 metres from the villa, Buger is a relatively undiscovered village with quiet restaurants and bars, where Friday night menus focus on local specialties. Pollensa is 15km away.
